A presenter's shop-floor line changed after the shoot, from ten to twenty percent off: same face, same shot, same voice, new words and lips.
Dub-It re-speaks an existing talking-head shot: it regenerates the mouth and the voice for a new line in one pass, with the clip as the guide and the speaker's own speech as the voice reference.
It keeps the face, framing and voice, and works best when the new line is about as long as the old one. One 6-second clip took about 2 minutes on one GPU.
